What does Newslever® monitor?



Newslever® monitors the most important competitor and customer news, press releases, blog posts, email newsletters, digital ads, website updates, and social media posts. We run scans multiple times a day to always deliver the most important updates.

How are you able to pull a company's emails?



During onboarding, we show you how to use our platform to generate email addresses using custom domains. You can use those to sign up for newsletters, webinars, etc. As soon as the platform receives emails from a company you're tracking, those emails are displayed in your dashboard.

Is training included?



Newslever® provides initial remote training to all users along with regular updates addressing new features and functions. Since the system is so simple to use, it typically takes 15-20 minutes. Training can be tailored to meet each client's specific needs and use cases.

How do you track company news?



We crawl millions of news sources across the web to find news articles. We then determine if an article is a Story (an article specifically about a company), a Mention (an article that mentions a company, but that company isn’t the primary focus) or junk (spam, job listings, real estate posts, fake industry reports, etc). We hide the junk.

Is Newslever® easy to set up?



Set up is quick and easy, especially since we do it all for you. There’s no technical integration and no company data is required. By answering a few questions we're able to quickly set up your custom dashboard and get you onboarded.

What if I have questions after training?



A dedicated customer success manager is assigned to your account to ensure the highest level of service. They're available via live chat, email and phone.
